Introduction
At the end of 2023, After being denied by the University of Technology in Malaysia to continue my research. I decided to begin the process of self-publishing my findings. But how can I present academic research in a narrative form. After literally living the research over a period of years, I found myself. ~Ruha
Nafsun Mutma’innah…..is the stage where a person is at peace and content with dhikr (remembrance of Allah). Despite the state a person may be in physically, either in terms of material possessions or the body, his heart will forever be in a state of peace and contentment. This will continue till death, if the person remains on course. It is at this stage when the angels will say to him. We are not humans because of the physical body but rather due to the soul. We need to focus on the soul on its entire journey from its origin till the final destination that Allah has designated it. By focussing on the soul and fulfilling its requirements, Allah will make us amongst those who are successful as they have purified their souls and at the time of death the angels will announce to them.1

Culture expresses the language of a social 'dance' (attendance), manufactured by in-group maintenance of the status-quo. Through-out history mankind has developed a dance passed down from generation to generation, based on the benefits of resources on planet earth. The dance articulates culture and reinforces its strategies for cultural inheritance. White-Supremacy best expresses the subtle nuances of the dance and influence of culture as defined in language, from modern to postmodern.
The term ‘white-people’ as a post-modern people of European descent, the majority of whom belong to the American established white class. With Emphasis on Anglo-Saxon (English & German) norm as well as varying degrees of Celtic (La Tène) norms.
Nevertheless, there is a diverse mixture of non-white people pursuing the same privileges largely marketed as "white privilege.". This has caused a divide between those of European descent and those of non-European descent. This has led to the exclusion of non-white people from the same privileges and opportunities. Creating a sense of injustice and inequality in society. This has resulted in the under-representation of non-white people in many areas of society, including education, employment and politics. Furthermore, many non-white people experience racism and discrimination daily, creating an unequal power dynamic between white and non-white people. This has led to a dominant whiteness in American culture and a legacy of privilege and power. This has enabled white people to benefit from systemic racism and remain the status quo, no matter their origins. This systemic racism has perpetuated a cycle of white privilege and power, which has only been amplified in recent years due to the ongoing culture of white supremacy.
The term La Tène describes the material culture of the Iron Age across northern and western Europe. This was from 450 BC to the Roman conquest. The La Tène culture originated from the north side of Lake Neuchâte in Switzerland. Migrating and evolving into the Celtic Gaul (called Galli by Julius Caesar) of Celtica, now modern day France. Before being encroached on and then overrun by the Romans. It is well known that Celtic culture spread across the European continent, influencing many modern European countries. The Celts left behind a varied legacy. Many European descendants proudly identify themselves as "Celtic" to honor this legacy.
For mankind, culture is the most influential medium or vehicle of expression aiding conformity (language). For instance, the La Tène (Celtic) culture, owes its modern era discovery to vast deposits of material items, artifacts mostly covered in gold. Based on the broches, swords, helmets, shields, and more discovered at the Lake Neuchâte site. In the excavations at La Tène, around 2500 artifacts were found, including defensive and offensive weapons made of iron and wood (swords and scabbards, spears, arrowheads, bows, and shields), as well as tools for industry and agriculture (axes, scythes, knives, and a wooden plow), horse harnesses, iron or bronze rings and broches, fabric, pots, and coins from the Celtic and Roman periods.
It's also recorded that the La Tène's 'liked' their neighbors' goods. They raided Greek and Etruscan settlements for their fine jewelry and works of art. Most importantly, it was these artifacts that gave mankind insight into the ancient Celts' culture and lifestyle. These artifacts allowed archaeologists to uncover the cultural and economic practices of the La Tène people, such as their trading system and the goods they valued. Through their study of the artifacts, archaeologists have been able to piece together a picture of the La Tène's society and their interactions with other civilizations.
People from the Ancient Celts, or La Tène, were known for their sea-fairing abilities. By studying the artifacts, archaeologists have gained insight into the La Tène people's trading system and the goods they valued. They can also determine how the civilization interacted with other cultures, what their social and political structures were, and how their beliefs and rituals were expressed.
Human behavior changes are mediated by conformity, whether it is constructive or destructive, and depending on the extent to which it has been localized (adapted). In society, at the market, at home, in war and academia. In definitive terms, the use of sensory data as an instrument; including visual, oratory, and auditory stimuli. Including all peripheral inventions and instruments derived from these mediums in fields of engagement (Theatres).
How we as humans engage with our environment is fundamental to the cause and effects of foraging, bonding and engaging with others, through sensory-data pathways. From music to swords, guns and peaceful strolls along a river or lake. The dance (attendance), or language of culture articulates how we as humans think, act and perform, or learn how we are expected to (assimilate). White Supremacy has been rooted in La Tène culture throughout history, and its warlike expansions to encroach upon its neighbors. This has resulted in the subjugation of many cultures and the subsequent loss of language, tradition, and identity. The consequences of this have been felt for generations and continue to this day.
In ceremonies and coins, the Celtic cultural period Latène / Confoederatio Helvetica, or Helvetia, aka Switzerland, is celebrated. Confoederatio Helvetica, The official Latin name Confoederatio Helvetica (abbreviated CH) was introduced gradually after the federal state formation in 1848 and federal constitution (1848). The Latin name is only used on official Swiss documents.
It is common knowledge that the name Helvetia appears on Swiss coins and stamps, while Confoederatio Helvetica is used as the country's abbreviation. Helvetia also appears in the names of many Swiss organizations, including the national railway company and Swiss Post.
Origins
As early as 2002, with a large portion from 2012-2021, I was dedicated to understanding the episodic memory phenomena. And its use by humans in forming consensus regarding confirmed and unconfirmed sensory data (stimuli). By researching the various origins of sensory data, including brainwashing, conformity, propaganda and self-determination. Ultimately, uncovering a whole, or memory-centric approach to storage and recall, as human performance and salience. In short, satisfaction seeking and all of its various forms. From sensory data intake to information storage and recall. The essence of memory hierarchy, innate human data analysis and critical thought as methodic memory. Along the way, I found answers to my undergrad portfolio question, why humans choose to store and recall certain sensory data over other data. Which currently places me at the threshold of Methodic Memory, Pivotal Action and Decision Making. A rational theory of Positive Moral Reasoning (PMR). Carving out the definition of how mankind evaluates, ranks and stores information based on previous learned (implicit) and unlearned (innate) models.
My work was influenced by 9/11 culture and authoritarian influence and the swift change of total institutional culture post 9/11. Culminating in global lockdown mandates during March 2020. With these two events, I coalesced my findings over 20 years. Including the added year from June 2020 to 2021. And presented to the public as Influence and Authorship. This book is not aimed at or formatted for academia because of aspects of academia. I decided to write it from a personal lens narrative to articulate and document some subtle nuances over the past 20 years. This is as western society moves into its post-modern period. Delving into psychology, etymology, sociology, and anthropology. Driven by an in-group ideology called White-Supremacy. This book attempts to provide an understanding of identity politics and power dynamics on a global scale. It will hopefully provide the reader with a better understanding of the current state of the world and the implications of white supremacy. It will also explore the history of colonialism, imperialism, and racism, and how they have shaped the modern world. It will provide a critical examination of the systems that have been put in place to maintain the status quo. Lastly, it will present possible solutions to the ongoing problem of white supremacy.
In March of 2022, the 'light' was turned on for me. My eyes were drawn to the re-enactment of Native or Bedouin culture. This culture re-enactment placed future society in a desert. A new society had to be forged out of the hostile terrain of desert living. The warrior dance (attendance) around the campfire served as entertainment but articulated strategies of war, foraging and adaptation to the land. As I watched their performance, it quickly became apparent to me that the language of 'The Dance' emulated or reinforced battle strategies. Or a more rhythmic routine like hand-to-hand combat. This 'language' articulates the needs of the individual, group and culture. Providing me with an understanding of how humans communicate, rank, store, recall, or process vast amounts of sensory-data (schema). As a language.
The language of culture is vast, and not just verbal or oral communication. Human language strategies include body language, hand movements, facial gestures and expressions and most of all the overall performance, or the dance, attendance of sensory data or schemas.
The most sincere authorship is to articulate, mimic and be motivated by the nuances of the dance (attendance). To dance with a culture, or a people is to attend, to let that culture in, for good or bad, benefit or burden. Humans play along, or dance (attend) according to culture's influence and authorship, language and norms. Eventually, accepting the culture or peoples prompts as influence and inevitably authority (chief). Or rejecting it as false.
This is the groundwork for prosecuting racism, and other predatory behavior. In order to hold people accountable for their actions, we need strong laws in place that protect all those who cannot protect themselves from discrimination and harassment. We must also create policies and procedures for reporting and investigating racism and predatory behavior. Finally, we must ensure justice is served to create a just and equitable society.
Much of the framework incorporates critical race theory, which examines how institutions perpetuate racism and other oppressive systems in society. This theory also helps to explain how racism is embedded in our culture and institutions. It also helps to explain how oppressive systems can be challenged and dismantled. Specifically for African-Americans (Descendants of Plantations in America) who have been victimized by racism, which is ossified in American society as well as in other parts of the world. This framework helps to address systemic racism perpetuated by American and other global cultures against people of color. As the baseline, enfranchising the toolkit for the eradication of racism against African-Americans, and providing a path to justice for descendants of American plantation slavery, who have been mistreated and discriminated against for centuries. It is a vital step towards achieving true equality and justice for this marginalized group and those of color globally against white supremacy.
Throughout 1968-2024, the co-opting of African-American justice has taken many forms. From immigration reform, and the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965, to Women's liberation in 1970 and the Pride movement of the 2020's. Each used African-American justice as a spearhead to accomplish its own goals. The justice system for African-Americans is a smoke and mirror schema that gives lip-service to several African-American reforms, from the granting of protective group status to the restitution of slavery. It's unfortunate that all of this is just a pretense or making it seem like work is being done. Since emancipation (1863) over 160 years have passed. In reality, nothing is being done to address systemic racism in America against its own citizens and former slaves. The African-American community is still marginalized and oppressed, and there is a lack of real action to create true equality. This needs to change.
According to Asian American Edu dot org, The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 came about because of the Civil Rights Movement. This is now common knowledge.
In 1965, President Lyndon B. Johnson signed the Immigration and Nationality Act. This replaced quota immigration. This act was the result of the Civil Rights Movement, which aimed to ensure equality for African Americans. The women's liberation movement and the Pride movement also gained momentum from the civil rights movement.
But still nothing substantial for African-Americans (Descendents of American Plantation Slaves), as far as social currency and equity is concerned. In fact, approaching 2020, many states began to roll back initiatives and place barriers for addressing the rise of racism in American post-modern society. This is akin to building a wall around a house to keep out the rain, but not building a roof to keep it from falling apart in the same storm. Without taking meaningful steps to dismantle racism and oppression, systemically erected over 400 years (est. 1619 in the American colonies). African-American groups and people of color communities globally will continue to suffer from lack of social currency and equity. This also includes descendants of Africa and people of color displaced around the world by colonial backlash, thinking and brainwashing. Those currently suffering in the UK, France, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, the Orang Asli in Malaysia, and others in South America have all been victims.

Sensory-Data Narratives:
Methodic equality of Episodic & Semantic Memory
"The State does not exist - only the conditions of the state." ~Ruha
The above statement is based on self-determination aspects. Supporting individual conscious awareness. This thought evolved like a ping or telegraph towards the end of this book. During the C-19 global crisis, temporary conditions overtook permanent conditions. As rational thought, meta-cognitive and behavioral sciences gained the greatest level of public exposure. With hardly any advanced or critical thinking. Despite temporary states, fear kept progress stagnant. Human rigor was tested via in-group (IG) mandates.
Identifying with members of the out-group (OG), over the course of 2 years (2020 - 2022) it became obvious that aspects of living, earning income, and expression of free-will were under scrutiny. Fluidity to be conscious enough to step inside, then to step outside, and witness the test (state) as it takes place, knowing the dance, and choosing the truth. There is a poetic element to it, its presence its fluency, and it strolls along the river for its own sake, not to assimilate. Or better, to choose truth over falsehood, to stand in the face of an oppressor, to stand up and tell him or her how the dance is merely a dance, a learned behavior.
إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا مَا عَلَى الْأَرْضِ زِينَةً لَهَا لِنَبْلُوَهُمْ أَيُّهُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلًا
Verily! We have made that which is on earth as an adornment for it, in order that We may test them (mankind) as to which of them are best in deeds.

Hysteria Marketing Schemas (2000-2020)
I define Hysteria Marketing Schemas as suggesting, causing or showcasing a problem (often a dispute) in a hyperbolic manner, in order to draw ones attention. It is often used to manipulate public opinion and can be seen in politics, entertainment, and many other areas. Hysteria Schema has been used throughout the last two decades in various forms and continues to be a popular tool used to spread mis-information.
Hysterical marketing schemes and behavior were heightened by technology in 2000 (especially on 9/11/2001) and other post-Covid methods in 2022-3. Including business and corporate marketing that draws on aspects of market conversion and targeting customers through metrics and tracking. Technology has allowed companies to track consumer behavior and preferences more closely than ever before. Additionally, social media has enabled companies to reach an even wider audience. Due to the growth of the internet worldwide, physical retail conversions, capital gains and engagements declined from 2000 to 2020.
The hysterics based marketing schema hype increased, especially among businesses, influenced by Amazon's rise and delivery from factory to customer. Despite being impacted, small and mid-sized businesses maintained their traditional brick-and-mortar marketing and promotion. Keeping physical engagement alive, from handing out flyers, to wearable promotional items and radio broadcast advertisements. This was severely hindered in March 2020, by the global lockdown. Businesses had to rapidly adapt and move to digital marketing which, for many, was a huge challenge. Consumers were spending more time online and businesses had to adjust their marketing strategies to meet this new demand. As a result, digital marketing became the main tool for businesses to stay afloat during the pandemic.
Marketing (Schemas)
In post-modern digital marketing, attention seeking, hysteric marketing methods, and histrionics (disorder) are among the factors involved. As a result, its dramatic techniques are often false and intense. They involve traffic disruptions and spamming, with the aim of increasing social capital and material wealth. Adherents' narcissism and compulsive behavior are exacerbated by the unrestrained method tied to human behavior. A corporate training session or seminar, as well as competitive marketing strategies, may result in a product capitulation or an insatiable attempt to derail aspects of human normalcy (homeostasis), whether in business or in daily life. With short life-spans, these ‘Fly’ esque schemes are mostly disruptive and annoying to the customer. Unbalanced for business and customer requirements, self-centered, with minimum effort for maximum gains approaches. The danger for a global consumer is the dwindling focus on quality engagements and products. The rise of ‘Gaming’ culture and the limited attention span of the post-modern consumer drives a hystrionic marketing schema.
Another dismissive aspect includes customer support (services) as well as operator insincere statements, and trained behavior for appeasing the customer. From walk-ins to chats to phone service. The standard training method is often based on disarming the annoyed consumer, as well as employing a smile, cordial conversation, and other humanizing actions. Empowered customers often disengage and find alternative methods or work-arounds to avoid the leveling down behavior of so-called support. Companies that are most effective balance humanizing behavior with direct results and sincerity.
I recorded this behavior at the Apple retail store in Roseville, California over the period of October 2021 to January 2022. From February 2022 to November 2022, I studied and became well versed in the Histrionic Schema. This took root in a growing post-Covid economy. By January 2023, I recorded 1:1 contact with customers service based online with the same methods. This established a trickle-down effect triggered by compulsive attention seeking. This trend rapidly expanded across all Apple retail stores in California and the rest of the United States. By March 2023, I could observe that Histrionic Schema had become a common occurrence in almost all Apple stores. The results of this research demonstrated that the post-covid economy had a large impact on consumer behavior and the way businesses interacted with customers.
"If you ask Jimmy Bailey what killed his best friend Mark Calivas, his answer is simple: “It was Apple.” How else could he explain how the Apple Store wellness champion — known for evangelizing therapy and mental health — would slide into a depression so profound he’d be forced to take medical leave and ultimately die by suicide?" Zoe Schiffer wrote concisely in December of 2021.2
As an Apple retail associate, I had the opportunity to engage with customers, management, and staff on a 1:1 basis, and eventually the corporate offices in Atlanta and Cupertino as well. This brought me into direct contact with management at Apple Southpoint. This is the same store mentioned by Zoe Schiffer in her Verve article. In addition, a series of interviews ended with no indication of my status as a creative pro or call back in the final round.
As a Muslim first and foremost, Halal and Haram is a prescription about whether we can benefit from something. Wajib and Not Wajib are about whether doing something is necessary to fulfill our obligations to our Creator. In other words, I should treat others with kindness and gentleness! Unless I have reached my limit. Then, I may take necessary steps to protect myself. The steps should be taken in a way that does not cause harm to the other person. I should strive to maintain goodwill and harmony with the other person, even if I disagree with them. This is because our creator has commanded us to be kind and forgiving to others, regardless of our differences. Therefore, we should strive to take steps that ensure the safety and well-being of all parties involved, while still upholding the principles of justice and fairness. By doing so, we can ensure that relationships remain healthy and that conflicts are resolved in a respectful manner.
Why hysteric-based marketing is not authentic
Historical etmology of 'Histrionics' stems from Etruscan histrio which means "an actor". The Romans adapted the Greek word hustera to 'Histrione', relating to actors who represented 'coarse farces representing false and theatrical farces. Hysteria can be described as an exaggerated or uncontrollable emotion that people, especially in groups, experience. Beliefs about hysteria vary throughout time. It was not until Sigmund Freud who studied histrionic personality disorder psychologically.
Histrionic personality roots can be traced to Freud's hysterical neurosis cases. As a result, the loss of human capital by businesses is directly correlated with business engagement with their customer base. Histrionics only increases the gap from business to customer.
